Details that help us arrange the job
For a breakdown, give the location, model and observed problem. For transport, add collection and delivery points and a preferred day. A diagnosis is not required: whether the vehicle starts, whether its wheels turn and how we can reach it are useful details.
Check the vehicle, access and quote
For vans, motorcycles or unusual vehicles, include dimensions, actual weight and loading conditions. A low garage, confined space or locked wheels may need different equipment. Feasibility, availability and price are agreed before assistance; a request does not automatically dispatch a recovery truck.
Other requests to assess
Out of fuel, a campervan to move or a boat to transport? Describe the situation. Petrol or diesel requests need the correct fuel type and location; availability and arrangements are agreed with the operator. For campervans and boats, include dimensions, weight and loading supports. These requests need a specific check of suitability and equipment.
