Plan the collection and delivery
Tell us your preferred date and who will be present at each end. If the destination is a workshop, include its name and receiving hours. These details let us check availability for the route and clarify access before collection.
Vehicle condition affects loading
Tell us whether the car starts, whether its wheels turn and whether damage could affect loading. A narrow entrance, garage or limited turning space also matters. We agree the route, method, cost and proposed date before the transfer. Collection is confirmed only when the operator confirms it.
Information to send
- Pickup address and destination.
- Make, model and vehicle condition.
- Preferred day and any flexibility.
- Access restrictions at both locations.
- Collection and delivery contacts, if different.
Can you transport a car that will not start?
Mention this when asking. Feasibility depends on access, loading requirements and the vehicle itself. We confirm what can be arranged before agreeing collection. For a rental car, check the rental company’s instructions.
Other requests to assess
Out of fuel, a campervan to move or a boat to transport? Describe the situation. Petrol or diesel requests need the correct fuel type and location; availability and arrangements are agreed with the operator. For campervans and boats, include dimensions, weight and loading supports. These requests need a specific check of suitability and equipment.
