Describe where the vehicle is
Tell us whether the car is on the road, in a parking area or somewhere difficult to access. Describe visible damage and obstacles affecting recovery. Pass on instructions from authorities, your insurer or the rental company. Do not approach the car to gather information or take photos if it is unsafe.
Agree the recovery request
Feasibility depends on the car’s condition, access and the equipment required. After assessment, we clarify the proposed solution, destination and cost. A message is not a confirmed recovery booking: wait for acceptance from the operator.
What to prepare
- Location of the accident and current vehicle position.
- Make, model and fuel or power type.
- Visible damage and restrictions, without taking risks.
- Requested destination, if already agreed.
- Instructions received from authorities, insurer or rental company.
Will insurance pay?
This depends on your policy and the insurer’s instructions. Check authorisation and payment arrangements directly. We cannot promise reimbursement or a rental agreement that has not been confirmed for your request.
Before recovery
If emergency services or authorities are involved, pass on their instructions and wait until the area and vehicle movement are authorised. Vehicle recovery does not replace medical care, firefighters or traffic management.
