Have the place name, a nearby landmark and the main vehicle information ready. You do not need to know the cause of the fault. Explain what you notice and whether the vehicle is stopped, damaged or difficult to access. For a rental car, add the rental company’s instructions; for transport, add the destination.
After the first contact
Opening WhatsApp prepares the message: check it and send it from the app. Assistance requires confirmation from the operator, who checks availability, arrangements and conditions. If WhatsApp is unavailable, call directly.
