Dimensions and load before confirmation
Different commercial vehicles need different recovery arrangements. Mention the body type, modifications and any goods being carried. If you do not know the weight, share the information you have instead of guessing. Acceptance depends on weight, dimensions, condition and the equipment needed.
A breakdown during work or a planned move
Describe the fault, parking location and required destination. If the van is going to a workshop, check when it can be received. A low entrance, narrow yard or locked wheels may affect the recovery method, so tell us in advance.
