What information should I send?
Start with your location, the problem and the vehicle model. Add a destination for transport. A WhatsApp photo can help if you can take it safely.
Do I have to share GPS?
No. Call or type a road, town and landmark. If the phone location looks wrong, correct it before sending.
Can I contact you about a rental car?
Yes, you can ask for information. Before authorising assistance, check the rental company’s instructions and contact the number in your agreement.
Do you work outside Tirana?
Send the location and describe the problem. The operator must confirm availability for that area before assistance is arranged.
Can I ask for the cost in advance?
Request a quote with the location, vehicle condition and destination. Ask what it includes and whether more information is needed to confirm it.
Does sending a message mean a truck is on its way?
No. Sending a message does not confirm assistance. Wait for the operator’s reply and agree on the next step.
Can I enquire if I have run out of fuel?
Yes. Describe your location and fuel type. The operator will assess the available options. We do not promise a particular amount or roadside delivery in advance; the service and price must be agreed first.
Communicating across languages
Prepared messages contain labels in Albanian and your selected language. You can add the model, destination and other details; free text is not automatically translated. Drivers may reply in Albanian and use a translator. If a reply is unclear, ask for clarification before agreeing to a price, destination or service.
