A direct conversation
Availability, the method and destination are agreed with the operator. For rental cars, coordination with the rental company remains important. For transfers, the requested destination helps us assess the journey. See how a request works.
Communicating across languages
Prepared messages contain labels in Albanian and your selected language. You can add the model, destination and other details; free text is not automatically translated. Drivers may reply in Albanian and use a translator. If a reply is unclear, ask for clarification before agreeing to a price, destination or service.
