Purchases, workshop transfers and deliveries
Agree who will attend, who will hand over the keys and vehicle, and who can receive it. Tell us before the quote if it does not start, has locked wheels or is damaged. Collection from a dealer or workshop also requires its opening and access times.
Car parks and private premises
Collection depends on suitable access and authorisation from a person entitled to arrange movement of the vehicle. Asking to move somebody else’s car does not itself grant permission. Explain the circumstances and available permissions before any service is agreed.
Requests from businesses and rental companies
Workshops, dealers and rental companies can send individual requests or describe recurring needs. Destinations, handovers and prices are agreed for the requested work. We do not imply insurance or business partnerships that have not been agreed.
For an airport request, identify the terminal or parking area, access restrictions and authorised contact. Vehicle transport does not automatically include passenger transport. Read more about business enquiries.
